Froyle is a registered charity (281141). It is managed by an ad hoc committee which is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is usually held on the same evening in April as the Annual Parish Meeting. At the AGM the Committee reports on the previous year’s activity and presents detailed accounts for approval. The Parish Council is the Custodian Trustee and leases the site for a peppercorn rent. The Hall is funded by income from hiring and events, by donations, and by grants from the District Council, the County Council and other grant awarding bodies.
The Hall building is owned and maintained by the charity but the car park, terrace, recreation ground and play area are owned and maintained by Froyle Parish Council.
